Looking to glean from some experienced communities

We're just in the beginning stages of working things out here. My husband's family owns roughly 1500 acres they are willing to let our community use and we're now looking for one family to come and help us plan and build. We are modeling our group on the Anabaptist mold with some other reformed theology mixed in however, we really just want CHRIST'S CHURCH to come and share in our life! There are essentials in theology and then there are things that just don't really matter if you're living out the faith as defined by the scriptures.

So, if you have any advice for a new baby community feel free to share and if anyone wants to come help us we have a home for one family!
