The ReChurch Library & Note on “Rethinking the Wineskin” & “Who is Your Covering?”
This week (probably Wednesday or Thursday), Present Testimony Ministry will be launching a new “ReChurch Library.”
The ReChurch Library will include the following 7 resources (at a huge discount).
1. The Untold Story of the New Testament Church (book)
2. Pagan Christianity (book)
3. Reimagining Church (book)
4. From Eternity to Here (book)
5. Finding Organic Church (book)
6. Bethany (booklet)
7. Challenging the Simple Church Movement: Taking Higher Ground (audio CD containing numerous spoken messages)
Note: some of you have asked about my out-of-print books, “Rethinking the Wineskin” and “Who is Your Covering?”
These books were written long ago and published in 2001 by a very small, independent publishing house in Jackonsville, FL. I took them out of print quote a few years ago, rewrote, expanded, revised, and republished them under the title “Reimagining Church” (by David C. Cook, publisher of “Crazy Love.”)
Part I of “Reimagining Church” is a revised and expanded version of “Rethinking the Wineskin.”
Part II of “Reimagining Church” is a revised and expanded version of “Who is Your Covering?”
Paul Young, author of The Shack, wrote this about it: “This short book by Frank Viola is a very helpful and welcome addition to the discussion of ‘Leadership, Authority and Accountability’ from a different paradigm than is common. Definitely worth the read. I might quibble with a few of the details, but overall, I come down in agreement with the overarching paradigm.”
